AngularJS ist a purely client-side scripting framework. AngularJS applications can be run on practically any web space including ours. It is not even necessary to install AngularJS libarires here. You can equally well link them from a CDN (content delivery network).
You can develop AngularJS applications, too, because they are a mix of HTML and JavaScript commands. However, the development tools that are suggested by the AngularJS project, e.g. Node.js, cannot be used. For those development tools you would need extensive root access permissions that are unavailable in a shared web hosting account.
Bottom line: Applications based on AngularJS can run trouble free on this web space. If you need root access, e.g. to develop or to test AngularJS applications, you will need at least a virtual private server (vserver, VPS) or a dedicated server with root access.
